An application for Probate by an executor named in the Will;

Preparing consent notices;

Signing and witnessing your application; and

Court filing of your application and giving you the grant.

Grant of Letter of Administration
$2800 plus GST

An application for Letters of Administration by a beneficiary of the estate;

Preparing consent notices;

Signing and witnessing your application; and

Court filing of your application and giving you the grant.
